Mangaluru:March,25,2015- Corporation Bank branch with “24 x 7 e-Lobby” was inaugurated by Shri. Amrit Paul, IPS, Inspector General of Police (IGP), Western Range at Upper Bendoor Road, Balmatta, Mangaluru on Wednsaday March,25,2015.Shri S R Bansal, Chairman & Managing Director, Corporation Bank presided over the function. Shri M Rangawamy, Deputy General Manager & Zonal Head, Mangalore Zone, Executives and Customers of the Bank were present on the occasion. The e-Lobby at Balmatta is the sixth in the city from the Bank. The other e-Lobbies are located at Head Office of the Bank in Pandeswar, Car Street, Jeppu, Kankanady and Bejai. The e-Lobby takes care of the multifarious needs of various customers. It has self-service automation kiosks which include Cash Deposit Kiosk, Cheque Deposit Kiosk, Self-service Passbook printer and an ATM. The kiosks are user-friendly and can be used at ease by the customers. The Bank has so far opened 99 e-lobbies across the country and has received excellent feedback from the customers about the utility of these self service terminals. Speaking on the occasion Shri. Amrit Paul, IPS, Inspector General of Police, Western Range said that “e-Lobby is very useful for the customers and more number of such e-lobbies should be opened in the city. In his presidential address, Shri S R Bansal said that “Corporation Bank is known for its best services and best products. The Bank’s products are unique and customer friendly offering value-added services to the customers. Corp Saral plus, a savings bank account of the Bank with no minimum balance stipulation gives protection to the family of the account holder by way of accidental death insurance cover of Rupees Five lakhs he added.
